MYTH - Oils, Avocado's, nuts and coconuts are fattening

REVEALING FACT:
Not only are all the above listed foods good for your health, they are a VITAL part of your diet. When your body begins to receive the good variety of fats (Omega's 3, 6 & 9) in its unheated and untreated state, you will find that you no longer crave the bad fats (chips, crisps, toasted treats, fried anything) as much. As your body receives the signal that it no longer needs to store fat to draw from because it is being supplied with the right oils it needs in abundance, you will find that any excess weight falls off of you. So actually, consuming these fats causes you to loose weight rather than pick up. I am living testimony to this, I couldn't beleive how the more good fats I consumed the more weight I lost, and how my cravings for the fried, greasy variety vanished. Of course it is all about listening to your body. This doesn't give you reason to pig out, when your body has had enough listen to it. At the risk of sounding like a infomercial, another thing that improved when I began to eliminate the bad fats and replace them with the good, is that my skin became more elastic almost overnight, my oily T-panel on my face cleared up immediately and all break outs stopped, and my hair became soft and glossy instead of dry and dead.

The reason your body craves all these oily, greasy foods is because it actually NEEDS fats to function, and since these fats are the only versions it has ever received thus far, it craves them in order to send you a signal that it's oil content is low. Just like your car engine has a red light that indicates its oil levels are low, so too, your body sends signals for a top up. Your brain is a major, and one of many areas in your body that needs these fats to function, as recent popular marketing for margarines have been claiming lately, feed your children omega enriched margarine for good brain function. The problem with margarines is that the fats they contain have been super heated many times during the manufacturing process, causing more harm than good. So, although your body would prefer to receive the correct oils it needs to keep on keeping on, it's a case of "beggars can't be choosers" and in order to keep functioning, it will use what it is given.

Receiving the correct fats in your diet is a matter of necessity. The idea is to replace all the wrong heated fats you have been eating up until now with the unheated, unprocessed, cold pressed variety. The sooner you begin to replace these fats with the old fried, carcinogenic (cancer forming) versions, you should immediately find your cravings for these foods diminish.

The body cannot break down heated fats and process them, so they are left to accumulate in the body tissues where they become carcinogenic (cancer forming).
